The supply tube that connects to the spout was poorly manufactured. As shipped the surface that contacts a flat gasket in the Tee fitting was not smooth and the threads bottomed out before tightening against the gasket, causing significant leakage around the threads. The bottom thread had to be removed and the end had to be smoothed to allow seal. The instructions shipped with the unit did not show how to assemble the model that I received, but assembly was fairly intuitive.
This design would be improved if the manufacturer would utilize an O ring seal at the Tee fitting similar to what is used to slide into the spout assembly.
