I live in the south and needed a more higher quality type of towel warmer that ALSO got rid of the humidity in the bathroom. Not only are my towels very fresh smelling; my bathroom doesn't feel as muggy. I plan to buy more for my other guest bathrooms.

This is the second towel warmer from this company that I have bought. I love them both. They are beautiful--this one makes my master bath look like an expensive spa. And they keep my towels warm and dry. Now I don't have to wash them as often because they don't stay damp. I had a professional electrician install it so I can't speak to difficulty for a layman, but he was able to handle it fine. It is expensive--though not compared to some European models--but worth the price!

The auto timer I had ordered too...I would recommend a timer because it does take a little while for the rack to heat up.
The timer I ordered from the same company is small....which is nice but also hard to read... I think I would prefer a larger display....overall I am very satisfied and it looks great!

Shipped in about 3 days. Right out of the box my first impression was that it looked and felt like high quality. I had to run to HD for some things and got back 30 minutes later and works already had it installed. I was installing on the side of a cabinet and wasnt quite sure how the power box was going to look on the inside with the junction box cap on the outside at the bottom. But it came with about 2 feet of coated wire that we were able to just run the line to the bottom of the cabnit and over to the box in the wall.
Took about 15 minutes to heat up and was so hot that you can only grab the bar for about 1 second before you have to let go. I just hooked it up to a switch with a red light just so i know its on. programable might be nice in the future. I wasnt sure I wanted one this big but now that it is in it looks very nice
